or enrolling in any of our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not access or use the Site.

Access to the OTH Transformation Accelerator program, its associated courses, and other services is subject to the terms of your enrolment agreement. Enrolment is granted to a specific, named individual and is non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials or grant unauthorized access to others for any reason.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights on the Site, including course materials, videos, templates, toolkits, and community resources, are owned by Operations Transformation Hub (OTH) or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the Site and its materials for personal, non-commercial purposes.

 

6. User-Generated Content

If the Site allows users to submit content (e.g., forum posts, project submissions, or comments), you retain ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, anonymize, and distribute that content in connection with the Site and for marketing or case study purposes. You agree not to upload content that is defamatory, offensive, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Operations Transformation Hub, its affiliates, and its team from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
