Returns & Refunds Policy

​​​​​​​​​​1. Our Commitment & Program Model

At transformopshub.com ("we," "our," "us"), we are committed to delivering a transformative educational experience through our OTH Transformation Accelerator (the "Program"). The Program is a high-touch, cohort-based experience with limited seats. Your enrollment reserves a spot that is no longer available to other potential applicants. This policy is designed to be fair to both you and the significant commitment we make to each cohort.

​​​​​​2. Standard Accelerator Enrolment Refund Policy

To be eligible for a refund for the Standard Accelerator Enrollment, you must submit a request via email to info@transformopshub.com.

  • Full Refund (minus Deposit): A full refund of the tuition paid, minus a $500 USD non-refundable deposit, will be granted if the request is submitted at least 14 days prior to the official start date of the cohort. The non-refundable deposit covers administrative fees and the opportunity cost of the reserved seat.

  • No Refund: No refunds will be granted for requests received less than 14 days before the official start date of the cohort or at any time after the cohort has begun.

3. . "Founding Members" Offer Refund Policy

Enrolment in the Program under any "Founding Members" or special beta pricing offer is strictly non-refundable. This is due to the significant discount provided in exchange for the participant's commitment to provide valuable feedback and testimonials.

A partial refund may be granted if more than 25% but less than 50% of the course content has been accessed

4. Payment Plans

Participants on a payment plan are still subject to the refund policies outlined above. If a refund is granted, we will refund the amount paid to date, minus the non-refundable deposit. Failure to make timely payments may result in removal from the Program with no refund of prior payments.

​​5. Refund Process

All refund requests must be sent via email to info@transformopshub.com with your full name, email ID used for purchase, and reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

​6. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unavoidable, documented emergencies (e.g., medical) can occur. In such rare cases, requests for credit toward a future cohort will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the "Effective Date" updated accordingly. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
